The Bath Priory in Bath is seeking a Head Gardener to keep our grounds looking immaculate year-round for our guests. You will lead a small gardening team, train new staff, and ensure high safety standards across all outdoor areas.

You will be involved in rota planning and occasionally join the Duty Manager schedule. Experience in a similar role is essential, and a passion for horticulture will help you thrive in our award-winning grounds.

• Capable of training and guiding new staff.
