A reputed stock exchange listed export oriented textile manufacturing unit is looking for a dynamic and energetic Chief Financial Officer/General Manager (Finance) to oversee the overall financial operations of the Company with a focus reducing cost and expenditure of production operations as well as compliance and preparation of accounts for Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall financial management to achieve the company's short and long-term financial goals.
  • Oversee the accounts department to prepare the quarterly and annual accounts of the Company in line with IFRS to ensure compliance of listed company rules and regulations as set by BSEC.
  • Strong Knowledge and experience of BSEC listing and reporting requirements is essential.
  • Engage in the activities related to the Finance Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cost management, CapEx management, cashflow management, cost and profit analysis, etc.
  • Oversee the Accounts Department.
  • Maintain professional liaise with any relevant Government bodies especially BSEC, DSE and CSE.
  • Liaise with the TAX department and advise on TAX and VAT planning.
  • Devise the correct formula, methods and format for costing of products and services.
