To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations and drive financial efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

1. Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support long-term growth and investment decisions.
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across all subsidiaries.
2. Financial Planning & Management
  • Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and investment planning.
  • Ensure optimal financing structures for ongoing and new projects.
  • Monitor and control expenditure, cost structures, and profitability metrics.
3. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal control systems.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks across the Group's operations.
4. Financial Reporting & Audit
  • Oversee preparation of consolidated financial statements for the Group.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Present accurate and timely financial reports to the Board and Management.
5. Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor finance teams across the Group's companies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive organizational objectives.
