A UK property and hospitality company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will lead financial strategy and oversee the finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in finance leadership within hospitality or property sectors, and be skilled in stakeholder management. This pivotal role offers a fractional commitment of 6-10 days per month with a competitive remuneration package up to £150,000 pro rata.

Commitment: Fractional basis 6-10 days per month, mix of on-site Hammersmith and remote based.

Lamington Group is entering a new phase of growth, with rounds of investment, increasing operational complexity and a need for enhanced financial oversight, reporting, and strategic planning. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading all financial aspects of our growing organisation. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, playing a critical role in driving our financial strategy, supporting our ambitious growth plans, and ensuring the long term financial health of the business, all while championing our core values.
Acting as a player coach the CFO will provide the strategic financial leadership and hands on support during a period of transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for the finance department and financial input into the business. Managing and working with the finance team to strengthen internal controls and processes enabling it for scale and growth. Lead and direct long term financial planning and risk management inline with the businesses sustainable and hospitality strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, experience operating in hospitality or asset heavy environments, and the ability to balance strategic input with operational delivery.
