Chief Financial Officer Recruiting across the BN and RH postcodes. If you are a top quality Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director frustrated with the confines of normal corporate life and looking for something different, or an independent CFO who has already made the break from corporate life, or a working or returning CFO parent who wants more work flexibility and balance, this might be for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide CFO services to ambitious £2-50M private businesses, supporting business owners to climb their Everest.
• Help clients reach summits, acting as a self‑starter with ambition, energy, and a ‘can do’ attitude, with a passion to help clients such as business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and MDs.
• Grow your own portfolio of clients within a supportive network of CFOs worldwide, in a highly collegiate environment.
• Work closely with your Regional Director and a team of CFO/FDs.
• Operate as a self‑employed consultant within a defined model, combining the benefits of being part of a team and the freedom to deliver outcomes for clients.
• Build a portfolio career, staying proactive in adding value and doing something special for clients each day.
• Support clients in achieving growth, acquisition, consolidation, or setting up the lifestyle they desire.

Qualifications
