- Prepare and maintain essential financial reports including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Trial Balance.
- Conduct periodic audits of the business unit to ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
- Maintain and safeguard financial records, documents, and client data with strict confidentiality.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the relevant service industry (e.g., filling station, automobile repair workshop, etc.) to ensure effective financial decision-making.
- Possess sound understanding of banking operations, including the preparation of business proposals for loans and financial facilities.
- Utilize accounting management systems, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital banking platforms efficiently.
- Operate and manage ERP software and other accounting applications to ensure accurate business account maintenance.
- Prepare and reconcile bank reconciliation statements regularly.
- Have thorough knowledge of import procedures, VAT, and Income Tax regulations.
- Lead the Accounts Department with accuracy, efficiency, and prompt decision-making, ensuring smooth financial operations.
