Overview

If you’re a top quality Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director frustrated and fed up with the confines of a normal corporate life and looking for something different, or you’re an independent CFO who has already made the break from corporate life, or a working or returning CFO parent who wants more work flexibility and balance, this might be for you. You’ll be responsible for providing CFO services to ambitious £2-50M private businesses, supporting business owners to climb their Everest.

Responsibilities

• Provide CFO services to private businesses ranging from £2-50M
• Support business owners to climb their Everest and reach their summits
• Build and maintain genuine long‑lasting relationships with clients
• Deliver the numbers that really matter and influence growth, acquisition, consolidation, or lifestyle objectives
• Operate autonomously while being part of a global network of CFOs

Qualifications

• Qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes
• Real‑life CFO/FD experience over multiple engagements
• Strong understanding of commercial finance, business strategy and a track record of success
• Part CFO, part advisor, part strategist, part friend – ability to build genuine relationships
• Self‑starter with ambition, energy and a can‑do attitude
