Salary

£750 per day.

If you are a top‑quality Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director who is frustrated with the confines of a normal corporate life, or an independent CFO who has already made the break from corporate life, or a working or returning CFO parent who wants more work flexibility and work‑life balance, this might be for you.

You will be responsible for providing CFO services to ambitious £2-50M private businesses, supporting business owners to climb their Everest.

You will be a self‑starter with ambition, energy, and a can‑do attitude, who has a passion to help clients—typically business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs or MDs.

You will thrive on the challenge and autonomy of growing your own portfolio of clients, supported by an incredible network of CFOs based across the world.

Qualifications

You need to be qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes and have been a real‑life CFO/FD once, twice or several times over, with strong experience and understanding of commercial finance, business strategy, and a track record of success.

Part CFO, part advisor, part strategist, part friend. Your clients will say this person and The CFO Centre are in it with me for the long‑term, and I know they really care.

You will work closely with your Regional Director and a team of CFO/FDs in a highly collegiate environment.
