Chief Financial Officer Role

Part‑time role (3 days a week)

1 day in Hemel Hempstead & 2 days from home

1 day a month travel into London

Previous construction experience is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and reporting
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights
• Hold project managers accountable for margins and KPIs
• Advise on cash flow, profitability, and growth plans
• Strengthen financial controls and processes
• Collaborate with internal and external finance teams

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader
• Strong analytical and advisory skills
• Flexible, remote working with occasional site visits
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
