Chief Financial Officer required for a private equity-backed business. My client is looking for an experienced finance professional who can work with the CEO to execute the company strategy. The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support aggressive growth targets
• Build and optimize scalable financial infrastructure, systems, and controls
• Drive M&A execution, integration, and post-deal value realization
• Partner with the CEO and board to monitor KPIs and milestone achievement
• Own investor reporting, stakeholder communications, and transaction readiness
• Provide strategic insight and challenge across all commercial decisions
