Job summary

Absolute Support Leading Light (ASLL) is seeking an inspiring Chief Executive to steer the charity through its next development phase, working closely with the Board, senior leadership team, staff, commissioners, families and the people we support to sustain and grow high‑quality outreach and supported living services for people with learning disabilities and autism.

This office‑based role is based at ASLL's Teddington office with regular travel to locally based client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a charity or social care organisation.
• Ability to work with a board of trustees and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and governance oversight.
• Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the organisation's lead spokesperson and external representative.
