Our current Chief Executive Officer is retiring, and we are looking for an inspiring, approachable, and experienced person to lead the organisation through its next stage of development. In the last four years, Citizens Advice in East Dorset and Purbeck have come together, managed the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and the impact this had on the delivery of services; faced the increase in demand for our services through the cost‑of‑living crisis, as well as working with two other Local Citizens Advice (LCAs) in the Dorset Council area to deliver the Dorset Council Advice contract.
This is an outstanding opportunity for the right person to play a key role in shaping the future direction and success of Citizens Advice in East Dorset & Purbeck. You will need to be highly motivated, committed to making a difference and have the ability to take your staff and volunteers with you as together you face the challenges of the future.
