Role: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Foundation offices at 136 Freshfield Road, Brighton, BN2 0BR

Salary: Dependent on skills and experience.

Hours: Full time.

Job Type: Permanent.

Deadline Day: Friday 7 November 2025.

First Stage Interviews: Friday 21 November 2025 and Monday 24 November 2025.

Second Stage Interviews: w/c 1 December 2025.

As Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality, inclusive programmes. We are looking for someone who has proven experience in a senior leadership role within the charity, sport-for-development, education, or community sectors. Within Sussex and the city of Brighton & Hove, you ll become the visible and trusted face of Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation, raising our profile, extending our reach, and amplifying our impact. You ll be passionate about working collaboratively to improve the health, wellbeing, and life chances of children and young people, and confident in building meaningful partnerships that drive lasting change.
