Chief Executive Officer

Location: UK - Dubai (UK with occasional travel)

Salary: circa £250,000 base salary + Bonuses (Package flexible depending on experience)

We are working exclusively on this project, collaborating with an established group of companies, currently on a journey to IPO with a valuation circa £150m. At the core of the organisation is a B2B SaaS platform designed to manage mobile applications.

The company provides a comprehensive suite of tools and services designed to work directly with publishers, developers, portfolio managers, and advertisers.

The company is supported by a group of industry investors and does not need to raise any further capital at this time.

We are seeking an experienced CEO to lead the company through the final stages of the IPO process and beyond. The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Developing and monetising SaaS platforms
• Blockchain technologies
• Listed company and institutional fundraising

You will oversee overall direction, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires based in the UK/EU time zone with regular travel to the Middle East. As the leader of the group, you should have a proven track record in business development, risk management, and financial oversight.
