We are a collaborative philanthropy fund dedicated to ending six neglected tropical diseases that affect more than 1.4 billion people.
The END Fund brings together philanthropists, foundations, corporate partners, governments, multilateral organisations, and programme partners to accelerate the elimination of neglected tropical diseases. We raise capital, make grants, support major drug donations, build strategic partnerships, and use data to guide investment, programme design and organisational learning.
We are now seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the END Fund through its next phase of growth and impact. Working closely with the Board and executive team, the CEO will set and deliver strategy, lead the organisation, mobilise significant philanthropic resources, and build the partnerships required to drive progress towards the elimination of NTDs. They will oversee all aspects of the organisation, including fundraising, financial management, programmes, operations, communications, systems, and organisational development, while sustaining a high-performing and values-led culture. They will also act as the END Fund's principal spokesperson and ambassador, communicating its mission with clarity and conviction.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, sophisticated, and dedicated strategic leader with experience of running and scaling complex organisations or programmes in multi-stakeholder environments. They will combine strategic vision with operational discipline, strong governance judgement, a market-based and metrics-driven approach, and the resilience and tenacity to turn ambition into results. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of securing multi-million-dollar commitments, cultivating major donors, and building high-impact relationships across philanthropy, government, business, and global health.
Above all, this will be a leader of strong character, deep commitment, and proven competence: someone with unquestionable integrity, humility, and compassion; a genuine connection to the END Fund's mission and the communities it serves; and a relentless determination to mobilise people, capital, and partnerships in pursuit of lasting impact.
This is a rare opportunity to lead an organisation with the potential to help consign preventable neglected tropical diseases to history.
The preferred location for this role is East Coast, USA; London, United Kingdom; or Nairobi, Kenya.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.

It is our policy and intent that all qualified persons be given full and equal opportunities for employment, training, promotions, wages, benefits, and all other privileges, terms, and conditions of employment.
