Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to guide the charity into its next exciting chapter. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver a long-term strategy that builds on the Foundation’s strong legacy and community impact. As Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality, inclusive programmes. You will also drive growth, enhance sustainability, and expand the Foundation’s reach and influence across Sussex.
We are looking for someone who has proven experience in a senior leadership role within the charity, sport-for-development, education, or community sectors. Within Sussex and the city of Brighton & Hove, you’ll become the visible and trusted face of Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation, raising our profile, extending our reach, and amplifying our impact. You’ll be passionate about working collaboratively to improve the health, wellbeing, and life chances of children and young people, and confident in building meaningful partnerships that drive lasting change.
