The Opportunity

Racelogic is a world leader in test, measurement, and positioning systems. Our award-winning brands - VBOX, LabSat, and AirPixel - are trusted by global Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace and Sports Broadcasting innovators.

As our long-serving CEO transitions to Chairman, we are seeking a commercially minded, technically aware Chief Executive Officer to lead Racelogic into its next phase of growth and innovation.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of a respected, privately owned technology company with operations across the UK, US, Germany, and France, and a team of over 130 talented specialists.

Responsibilities and Duties
Strategic Leadership
  • Shape and execute the company’s multi-year strategy in partnership with the Chairman, Founder and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Drive growth across the UK, US, German, and France offices while maintaining operational discipline.
Financial Stewardship
  • Take full P&L accountability, ensuring consistent profitability and strong cash management.
  • Understand and manage the financial levers of the business - margin, cost base, stock control, and capital investment.
  • Work with the Financial Controller and external auditors to maintain compliance, reporting accuracy, and fiscal health.
Product Leadership
  • Work with the Engineering Director to ensure Racelogic’s products remain industry-leading in accuracy, performance, and innovation.
  • Balance R&D investment with commercial return and time-to-market priorities.
  • Oversee quality assurance and product lifecycle management to maintain Racelogic’s reputation for reliability.
Operational Execution
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to deliver operational excellence across manufacturing, logistics, and customer support.
  • Optimise processes, systems (including our in-house ERP system - Unity), and reporting frameworks to support scalable growth.
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction and service standards across all regions.
People & Culture
  • Lead and inspire the management team to perform with clarity, accountability, and ambition.
  • Reinforce Racelogic’s values of innovation, integrity, and collaboration.
  • Drive people development, training, and planning across departments for our 130+ employees worldwide.
Sales, Marketing & Brand
  • Work with the Head of Sales, Head of Customer Experience, and in-country managers to drive sales and achieve revenue targets across all brands.
  • Strengthen global brand awareness and distributor partnerships.
  • Support marketing initiatives that align technical excellence with customer benefit.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience leading a technology, manufacturing, or engineering-driven organisation.
  • Strong financial understanding with P&L ownership and commercial decision-making experience.
  • Background in scaling international operations or multi-site teams.
  • Excellent communicator who can inspire, align, and develop senior leaders.
  • Comfortable working alongside Founders, technical specialists, and creative engineers.
  • Strategic thinker who brings energy, curiosity, and empathy to leadership.
  • Degree-educated; an MBA or professional management qualification is an advantage.
