Job summary

Dounreay seeks a Head of Profession Engineering & Technology to provide strategic leadership, technical authority and professional excellence across the organisation. You will influence engineering standards, operational performance and regulatory compliance to support the decommissioning programme.

You will work with executive leaders, regulators and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, champion innovation and develop the next generation of engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or technical discipline, with clear progression towards Chartered Engineer status.
• Proven leadership experience in complex, regulated environments.
• Track record of developing high-performing teams and future talent.
