Capgemini seeks a senior technical leader to provide systems architecture across civil nuclear, defence nuclear, SMR and fusion programmes in the UK. Provide technical leadership and systems architecture expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and inspiring both customer and delivery teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
Assess client engineering, integration, and digital capabilities at programme and whole-plant level, defining transformation roadmaps and future-state architectures aligned to business and operational objectives.

Deliver expert guidance across the full nuclear lifecycle, including design, safety, manufacturing, construction, and operations, with strong knowledge of nuclear regulatory requirements, safety cases, hazard management, verification, validation, and compliance.
Apply digital engineering approaches such as MBSE, PLM, digital thread, and digital twin technologies to enhance programme integration, assurance, governance, and delivery performance.
Support successful solution delivery by working closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing technical oversight, resolving delivery challenges, and ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes
