A fast-growing digital technology company in Greater Manchester is seeking a Chief Digital Officer to lead their technology and product strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a track record of scaling technology-driven businesses, capable of driving innovation and fostering creative teamwork. This role offers a competitive executive salary, performance-related bonus, and hybrid working model.

As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to join our entrepreneurial Board and help shape the next stage of our journey.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who brings energy, creativity and commercial acumen. You will set and deliver our technology and product strategy across digital, engineering, AI, data science and clinical technology functions, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure and commercially aligned. Working alongside our CEO and the Executive Chair, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products and partnerships, driving innovation and growth, and creating digital solutions that deliver tangible value for users, clients and partners.
Lead the digital, product and technology strategy to accelerate growth and innovation. Drive coherence and scalability across the full product suite, ensuring strong design, performance and integration. Inspire and motivate developers, engineers and product specialists, fostering creativity, collaboration and delivery excellence. Bring strong commercial instincts, translating technology into market advantage and sales growth. Work with the leadership team to evolve our AI and data capability into world‑class applied solutions. Partner with clients and external stakeholders to expand our profile, market presence and impact.
A proven digital and product leader with experience in scaling technology‑driven businesses. Highly innovative and solutions focused, with the confidence to take calculated risks to achieve progress. Commercially minded and comfortable working within a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment. Technically fluent, able to understand the full technology stack and connect with engineering teams. A deep understanding of software, AI productisation and platform architecture. Empathetic and inspiring, a leader who builds strong relationships and motivates others to achieve more. Ambitious, energetic and ready to grow something with scale and purpose. Experience within health, life sciences or other regulated sectors is helpful but not essential, what is more important is the potential you bring and your energy and mindset to drive us even further forward.
