Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) invites applications for the role of Chief Delivery Officer. Reporting to the Trust Chief Executive, you will steer the delivery agenda, translating strategic aims into measurable improvements in operational performance, patient access, productivity and outcomes across a large, complex organisation.

You will lead the Delivery Oversight Framework, sponsor major transformation programmes such as Care on Time and Care Closer to Home, and build

Competenze

Degree level education or equivalent relevant experience.
Senior leadership experience in a large NHS organisation.
Proven track record delivering performance improvements at scale.
Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and managers across a large system.

Mansioni

As Chief Delivery Officer, provide executive leadership for operational performance, transformation, patient access, productivity and continuous improvement.
Lead the Delivery Oversight Framework and Delivery Unit to strengthen accountability and drive improvement.
Sponsor major transformation programmes including Care on Time and Care Closer to Home.
Develop capability through MFT's Improvement Academy and Faculty to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
