Responsibilities

Strategic Communication Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging across all channels.
Media Relations : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and manage crisis communications effectively.
Executive Communication : Provide strategic counsel and support to senior leadership, including preparation of speeches, presentations, and talking points for public appearances and media engagements.
Internal Communication : Develop internal communication strategies and initiatives to foster employee engagement, alignment, and understanding of corporate goals and values.
Brand Management : Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure alignment with corporate values and market trends, leveraging insights to enhance brand reputation and differentiation.
Content Development : Lead the creation and distribution of compelling content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and multimedia materials, to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
Digital Communication : Drive digital communication strategies, leveraging online platforms, social media, and digital tools to amplify brand presence, engage stakeholders, and monitor online reputation.
Government Affairs : Collaborate with government affairs teams to develop communication strategies that support regulatory initiatives, advocacy efforts, and legislative priorities.
Measurement and Analytics : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Budget Management : Manage communication budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications
