About Our Client

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll lead transformative operational changes across the business - from workshops to sales - to enhance profitability and performance. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the company's future.

Key Requirements

  • 10-15+ years in Operations Leadership/Management within a Part 145 EASA/CAA organization or aircraft component supplier, broker, or an approved aircraft teardown specialist

  • Proven P&L ownership experience

  • Deep understanding of EASA/CAA Part 145 operations and/or AS9100, AS9110 & AS9120 standards

  • Broad operational oversight: Sales, Repair, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Inventory

  • Strong track record in change management and business transformation

  • Skilled in driving growth and profitability

  • Contract negotiation experience a plus

  • Comfortable working across global teams and time zones
