Job summary

Hozah, a fast-growing tech-led parking and urban mobility company, is seeking a senior commercial leader in London. You will report to the CEO and build a unified commercial function with a clear operating rhythm, pipeline discipline and revenue accountability.

In this high-impact role, you will drive growth, shape pricing strategy, and lead a team of managers to deliver predictable results while shaping the company’s market and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Led a multi-team B2B commercial function.
• Proven track record scaling during a growth phase.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Experience with CRM-driven forecasting.
• Knowledge of pricing and deal structures.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue delivery, pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
• Build and lead a single commercial organisation across functions.
• Create a disciplined operating rhythm and stage definitions.
• Own pricing discipline and deal economics with leadership.
• Hire, coach and develop commercial leaders and managers.
• Stay close to strategic deals and customer insights to improve our proposition.
• Provide evidence-based input to product, pricing, and strategy decisions.
