A NHS hospital trust is seeking a dynamic band 7 Cardiac Physiologist for cross-site work in advanced echocardiography diagnostics. The role includes taking senior roles, developing junior staff, and enhancing personal skills in complex procedures. Candidates must have a BSc in Clinical Physiology and BSE accreditation. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple hospitals, providing comprehensive echo services in a collaborative environment.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic band 7 Cardiac Physiologist for cross site work. This is for advanced non‑invasive cardiology diagnostics, in particular Echocardiography.
We are a friendly British Society of Echocardiography accredited department and offer a full echo service including routine transthoracic studies, contrast, 3D, transoesophageal echo and stress echo (both Dobutamine and Exercise) on both sites. We also offer a physiologist‑led stress echo and valve clinic service.
All applicants should have completed a BSc in Clinical Physiology (or equivalent) and have BSE accreditation (or equivalent).
