Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a passionate Bar Manager to lead and inspire our team in one of the UK's leading restaurant brands. This role focuses on delivering exceptional cocktails and guest experience, while upholding licensing, safety, and service standards.

You will drive revenue initiatives, support training, and mentor staff to maintain our high service levels. Excellent English, charisma, and a friendly, professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in this role.
• Skilled in preparing cocktails and spirits to high standards.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Friendly and professional with charisma and flair.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to licensing laws, health and safety, weights and measures and fire procedures.
• Welcoming customers, taking drink orders, making recommendations and serving drinks.
• Support revenue-generating initiatives and help achieve budgeted sales targets.
• Assist in staff training and liaise with senior management to develop team members.
• Coach and support staff during service to maintain exceptional standards.

Key elements of your role as a Bar Manager:

• Adhere to all legal requirements regarding weights and measures, licensing laws, health, and safety as well as fire procedures, ensuring these are always adhered to.
• Welcoming customers, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and serving exquisite drinks that delight our guests.
• Support the implementation of revenue-generating initiatives and follow budgeted sales targets.
• Assisted in staff training and liaised with senior management to develop key team members.
• Guide, coach, and support staff during service to develop teamwork and ensure the standard of service is always exceptional.

• You have at least 2 years + experience in this role
