Chemistry Teacher

Role and Responsibilities
  • Joining an exceptional, Brent-based School.
  • Teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 Chemistry.
  • Potential permanent contract from September 2026.
  • The role may include teaching a range of science subjects, including Biology and Physics, to Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Developing and delivering engaging and interactive lessons, providing feedback and guidance to students, collaborating with colleagues to develop lesson plans and assessments, and participating in departmental and school-wide initiatives.
Requirements
  • A degree in science education or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience of teaching General Science to Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
