Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Chemical Technician in Sandwich. The role involves safely handling and preparing hazardous waste materials, conducting lab tests, and working with the operations team. Chemical Technician

Location: Sandwich
Hours: Monday to Friday 0730-1600

Immediate start required

We're looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join our clients team as a Chemical Technician. You'll play an important role in safely handling, testing, and preparing hazardous waste materials for treatment and disposal.

What you'll do
  • Check and record incoming waste loads.
  • Label and store waste correctly.
  • Carry out basic lab tests.
  • Help prepare waste blends to meet emissions and process requirements.
  • Maintain equipment and accurate records.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure safe and compliant waste handling.
  • Assist with organising waste shipments and reports.
What we're looking for
