Qualifications

• Experience in design, construction, and operation of nuclear or conventional facilities.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartered/Incorporated status.
• Experience with COMAH or similar high hazard sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead chemical engineering aspects of design and construction.
• Ensure principles of safety and control are embedded in design.
• Provide technical authority and mentorship for junior engineers.

Skills

Design and operation of nuclear facilities

Familiarity with nuclear safety case production

Knowledge of Process Safety tools

Understanding of modern control principles

Ability to influence engineering disciplines
