Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is recruiting for the MSAT Graduate Programme in Ware, UK, commencing September 2027. This two-year programme offers rotations across manufacturing, analytics and digital tooling, with mentoring and training opportunities in a highly regulated pharma environment.

You will explore process development, equipment performance and product quality while applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to real manufacturing challenges. Graduation by August 2027 is required.

A two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.
