We have an exciting opportunity for a Chemical Delivery Team Supervisor to join the Process & Pumping department at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water provide the best service to our customers.

The Chemical Delivery Team Supervisor (CDTS) plays a vital role in overseeing a team of Chemical Delivery Technicians (CDTs) responsible for the safe and compliant receipt of chemicals at Yorkshire Waters wastewater sites. This role ensures that remote operations run safely and efficiently, supporting regulatory compliance and asset performance. The CDTS is accountable for managing team performance in line with the Talking Performance framework, providing appropriate support to achieve effective outcomes. The role also involves close collaboration with internal departments and external contractors to coordinate chemical delivery activities, helping sites maintain compliance with Environment Agency requirements under the WINEP (Water Industry National Environment Programme) drivers.
