Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver History lessons across KS3/KS4.
• Assess and monitor student progress in History.
• Collaborate with History department to deliver curriculum.

Job description

HIE Education are looking to recruit a Secondary History Teacher to teach History for 3-5 days per week at a comprehensive secondary school in Cheltenham. The History teaching role is from Oct to Feb. This role may continue but this is the initial requirement. This will involve teaching KS3 and KS4 History. KS5 experience would be very desirable.

The Cheltenham secondary school does have some flexibility. They are considering History teachers who can do both part time and full time.
