Job summary

Everyman Esher is auditioning Chefs of all levels to join our team and help deliver the premium cinema dining experience we are known for. The role focuses on high standards, teamwork and a passion for great food in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will work with burgers, pizzas and sharing plates, supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets our exacting quality standards, while delivering memorable guest experiences at our venue in Esher.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in a professional setting.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Interest in burgers, pizzas and sharing plates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every item leaving the kitchen is of the highest standard to delight guests.
• Work alongside the Head Chef to deliver consistent high-quality experiences.
• Assist with food preparation and plating to support fast, friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations.

Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards, helping to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues. Our menu, focused around burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates is sure to get mouths watering!

What You Bring To The Crew

Previous experience in a kitchen environment as a Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie or Cook is desirable, but overall, we are looking for candidates with:
