The Position

Hands‑on role for an organised and experienced Chef Supervisor leading a team to deliver exceptional daily meals and events.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee catering operations and stock controls ensuring OH&S and HACCP compliance with a strong focus on minimising waste.
  • Manage food forecasting, ordering and stock control processes.
  • Champion food safety and quality with close attention to allergens and dietary requirements.
The Person
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum).
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within high‑volume or structured environments.
  • Confident leader with proven experience in training, developing and engaging teams.
  • Expert knowledge of HACCP allergen protocols and food safety practices.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to remain calm under pressure.
