Job summary

Zizzi is seeking an experienced Chef to be the heart of our open kitchen, delivering Italian dishes with skill and speed so every plate shines. You will stretch dough, perfect al dente pasta, and drive high energy during service, while maintaining top standards and strong teamwork.

This role emphasizes hands-on cooking, fast pace, and pride in every plate as we keep guests delighted with consistent quality and a friendly, bustling atmosphere.

• Take absolute pride in the quality of every dish that leaves your section, ensuring it turns heads every time.

• Maintain a spotless kitchen and follow all food safety procedures to the highest standard.
• Work closely with the rest of your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly and the energy high.
