Zizzi in Inverness is seeking an experienced Chef to lead in our open kitchen. From stretching dough to perfecting al dente pasta, you’ll play a central role in delivering bold Italian flavors with speed and pride.

You’ll work with a energetic team, maintain high standards, follow food safety, and train around the menu. We offer flexible hours, on‑site work, and strong career development toward Head Chef. Free meals on shift, employee benefits, and earning wage access are part of the package.

• Maintain a spotless kitchen and follow all food safety procedures to the highest standard.
• Work closely with the rest of your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly and the energy high.
