Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Chef to join our kitchen team in Reading. You’ll prepare and cook Italian dishes, including pasta and pizza, ensuring quality and consistency while adhering to recipes and food standards.

You’ll work as part of a busy kitchen, keep the area clean and safe, and contribute to a positive guest experience with pride in every plate.

You’ll be preparing and cooking the Italian food our guests know and love. Think freshly prepared pasta, pizza and Italian favourites, delivered consistently and with pride.

Earn £12.88–£13.39 per hour, plus tronc

You’ll have regular hours at your ‘home restaurant’ plus ability to pick up additional hours through working at other Prezzo locations.

The role

As a Chef, you’ll be an important part of our kitchen team, preparing and cooking great Italian food and making sure every plate leaves the kitchen looking and tasting amazing.

You’ll work alongside your kitchen colleagues to keep things running smoothly during busy services, follow our recipes and food standards, and maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen.
