Job summary

PRS is seeking a Temp Chef to support two small primary schools in the Northampton area. The role requires an enhanced DBS and involves cooking for pupils and staff during term-time. Shifts run Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm, with PAYE (£16.00/hr) plus holiday pay or £20.00/hr Umbrella rate.

Ideal candidates will have school catering experience, reliability, and a strong focus on hygiene and safety. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• DBS clearance is essential.
• Experience cooking for schools or large groups is helpful.
• Good time management and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for primary school settings.
• Carry out duties Monday to Friday, 8am–2pm.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.

PRS are working with a key client who currently require chef / cook support for 2 small primary schools in Northamton, postcode NN4, and NN12.

As it is a school it is essential that you have an enhanced DBS.

Shifts times are Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm.

Rate of Pay - £16.00 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay, or £20.00 per hour Umbrella rate.
