Salary: £26,265
Hours: 37.5 per week

An outstanding prep school and nursery located in South East London for students aged 3 to 11, catering for just under 500 students and staff daily. We offer a core lunch service with some high-end hospitality throughout the year. The location operates Monday to Friday, mainly during term time, and benefits from excellent transport links.

The role involves assisting the chef manager and sous chef in all aspects of food preparation and cooking, serving pupils and staff, following HACCP and allergen procedures, and supporting hospitality events.
