Job summary

Olive Dining is seeking a Chef Manager for a primary school. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–2:30pm, term time (39 weeks), at £14.17 per hour. You will lead a team of six, feed around 400 children daily, and manage kitchen operations and allergens.

Qualifications

• Hands on approach.
• Understanding of good food hygiene and health and safety.
• Sous chef or Chef Manager previous experience within education. (preferrednot essential )

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 6 in the kitchen.
• Prepare meals for 400 children daily.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations including allergens, stock and ordering.
• Build rapport with children, staff and parents.

The Role:

• Chef Manager - Primary School
• Monday to Friday
