Overview

We’re looking for a Chef Manager to join a great Business & Industry site in West Greater London. This is a Monday-to-Friday role with no late nights, offering a fantastic work-life balance in a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The Chef Manager serves up to 40–60 covers a day with support from two full-time chefs, creating fresh and daily changing dishes for a professional and dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations in a contract catering/B&I setting.
  • Plan and prepare fresh, daily-changing menus with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Supervise two full-time chefs, ensuring high standards, food safety, and portion control.
  • Coordinate with clients, maintain strong relationships, and adapt menus to client needs.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized kitchen and uphold health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Chef Manager in Contract Catering and B&I
  • Passion for food, creativity, and delivering consistent quality.
  • Previous longevity and commitment within previous roles are essential
