Salary: £34,500 per annum
Location: Leatherhead
Hours: Monday to Friday (No bank holidays or Christmas working)

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our on-site catering operation in Leatherhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Chef Manager or a Head Chef ready to take the next step into management.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver creative, seasonal menus
  • Manage food ordering and stock control
  • Ensure PCI compliance and complete weekly bookwork
