Job summary

Impact Food Group (IFG) is seeking a Chef Manager in Buckingham to run a high-volume kitchen, delivering fresh, seasonal meals to hundreds of students daily. This hands-on leadership role will manage the catering team, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth service.

You will lead, plan menus, manage stock and budgets, and ensure food hygiene and compliance across operations. We offer daytime hours, term-time weeks, holidays off, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a kitchen, ideally in schools or high-volume catering environments.
• Proven ability to cook fresh, seasonal food at high volumes.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, stock, and compliance.

Responsibilities
