Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality and consistent lunch service for this prestigious client site.
  • Lead by example in the preparation, presentation, and service of all food.
  • Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain and update all Food Safety and H&S documentation.
  • Manage, train, and develop the catering team.
  • Oversee menu planning, delivering seasonal and customer-focused dishes.
  • Control and monitor stock and wastage.
