As Chef Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the staff dining and hospitality operation, serving around 150 covers daily. You'll manage a team of five, ensuring smooth service, great teamwork, and consistently high standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellence every day
- Control costs and stock levels while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Support hospitality and events as required
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for great food and a positive, can-do attitude
