Location: Coventry

Salary: £36,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday-Friday - 07:00-15:30 but 7 days operation so managing rotas for 7 days - flexibility is a must

Key responsibilities
  • To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer needs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • Work effectively with all colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer service
  • Managing a team of 10 and responsible for approximately 200 covers a day
  • Making outstanding quality food that is picture perfect' every time
  • Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
  • Working across 7 day operation, breakfast, lunch, back shift & night shift
Our ideal Candidate
  • Be passionate about food and great service
  • Already hold Level 2 Food Hygiene & Allergens Certificate
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work quickly
  • Willing to work across weekend/ late cover if needed
  • Contract catering experience would be highly desirable
