Chef Manager – REQ 606978

Location: Bristol Area, BS34 8LP
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only (39 Weeks)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for food production and introduce innovative menu options
  • Design balanced, appealing daily menus that meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to exceed client and customer requirements
  • Manage all aspects of the catering operation, including financial performance (sales, gross profit, labour, overheads)
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the catering team
  • Build strong client relationships and adapt services to meet evolving needs
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a similar food service management role
  • Creative and detail-oriented approach to menu planning
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. HACCP, Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
  • Flexible, proactive, and innovative mindset
