Job summary

Cortillo Lounge is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team. Cook fresh food to spec—from tapas dishes to all-day Lounge breakfasts—and support the Head Chef with prep, service and standards.

Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped; follow food safety and allergen processes; and work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to follow food safety and allergen protocols.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes to all-day lounge breakfasts.
