A client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a professional, experienced and discreet Private Chef to join their household in Oxshott, cooking Monday to Friday for a family of six.

The Role

The Chef will be responsible for preparing fresh, nutritious and varied family meals throughout the day, working closely with the family and their nutritionist to ensure meals are balanced and tailored to their requirements.

The family enjoys a broad range of cuisines, including Brazilian, Greek, Turkish, Mediterranean and Italian.

The anticipated meal schedule is 7:20am breakfast, 11:30am lunch, with dinner prepared and left ready for the family to enjoy later.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Chef will prepare fresh, high-quality meals, work alongside the family's nutritionist, and plan varied menus around their preferences and dietary requirements. They will be responsible for shopping for fresh ingredients, with a focus on high-quality organic produce, as well as maintaining excellent kitchen hygiene and organisation and managing food stocks.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Private or Family Chef who is confident cooking a variety of international cuisines and knowledgeable about nutrition and healthy, balanced cooking. They should be professional, respectful, discreet, organised and comfortable working independently. A confident driver is essential for the role.
