All Chef's is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic and fusion Indian, Italian and Turkish cuisine. This role involves managing the Indian kitchen section, maintaining traditional flavors while meeting modern plating standards, and working closely with the culinary team in a multi-cuisine environment.
Prepare a wide range of Italian, Turkish and Indian dishes, including North Indian, South Indian, tandoori, curries, biryanis, street-style items, and vegetarian/vegan options.
Operate tandoor ovens, grills, and traditional Indian cooking equipment.
Ensure food quality, taste, and portion consistency at all times.
